Dans Le Noir.

In french, dans le noir loosely translates to "in the dark", which is also the name of a restaurant that opened this summer in London. Part of a chain around europe, this eatery is known for, well, you eat everything in the dark. The whole dining experience is completely pitch black. And get this, your waiters are all blind as shit. Pretty weird I think, but I'm sure it will be an interesting experience. Jesse told me about this place, and hopefully when we're in London at the end of the year we'll go eat there. Supposedly, the whole point is to eat your food with a heightened sense of taste because your focusing on all your senses without sight. Whatever, shit tastes like shit whether the lights are on or not, and like I'm not gonna spit in Jesse's food whens he's not looking. Oh yea, he won't be able to see me do it anyway.
