Last trains at 12:22.
If your gonna ride your bike somewhere, make sure it's close enough that you won't get too lazy to have to ride back. That wasn't the case for us last night, nope. Daniel, Fat Chris, Ryan, Strauser and I decided to go for a lil bike ride that turned into a ride downtown. Someone said at some point to cruise to this bar on 4th and Main, and we all followed for some reason. After we went inside the bar, which by the way was populated with generally unattractive people, we grabbed a drink and lulled around for a bit, itching to leave. We gathered outside and realized that we all had to be up early the next morning and that we did not want to be out anymore, nor embark on a ride home. I guess that meant we take the metro towards Sunset. We buy our tickets and being that none of us ride the the metro, ever, it was amazing that we even found our platform. So, there we wait for our train, last one supposedly coming by right before 1 am, so says the bushy eyebrowed patron waiting with us. Its, 1:05 and still no train, we've been waiting for half an hour, when a security guard comes down and tells us, the last train towards hollywood left at 12:22. Shit. So...from there we ride from bus stop to bus stop finally hopping on the right one, the driver wasn't to stoked on us bringing our bikes on board, but hey, we HAD to get home. He understood. Finally get back home, 3 in the morning...straight to bed. My thighs hurt too. Oh, if anyone needs bus tokens, Ryan Cox has 20 bucks worth.
