Sleepwalking in NYC....

Despite bitter cold winds and bone chilling temperatures, I flew out to NYC for the premiere of Sleepwalkers, an installation piece by Doug Aitken projected against the exterior walls of the MoMa. Wouldn't have missed it for anything because this project was produced by non other than our own Daniel Desure whoop whoop. All close family and friends flew from around the globe to be here together in support for Daniel, and together we raged on through the night as the teenage chums we used to be, would have. The project stars 5 main characters played by Tilda Swinton, Donald Sutherland, Catpower(Chan Marshall), Seu Jorge, and Ryan Donowho. The private reception was held at the MoMa itself and the after party took place at Anchor. Bill Murray was floating around somewhere but I didn't see him. The only thing I saw was Fat Chris's tongue in some girls mouth while she peed. Don't worry the picture is below. All in all, the work was amazing, a triumphant challenge conquered. Daniel has some real street cred now. And to have all the original homies together in NY, after not all having been in one place for a while....RAD.
